5 Day Cleanse
Our 5 day cleanse meal plan is our most popular cleanse for weight loss or for kick-starting healthy eating habits, with a multitude of options to select from.
All meals are free of wheat, gluten, dairy, red meat, sugar, preservatives, additives and processing. You will receive three days’ worth of breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks and herbal teas, totalling approx 1000 calories per day. The exception is our High Energy 5 day cleanse, which provides 1500 calories per day and is designed to allow you to detox and keep up the training at the same time.
