    All the meals included in this plan are delicious. The presentation was good, I liked the smaller portions. The food box arrived when it said it would and pretty much all the packaging is recyclable.

    Loved it and feeling great after finishing it. I was a bit confused that Two of the meals in day 10 contained dairy, as I thought it was a dairy/gluten free cleanse?

    But everything was delicious and the results were fabulous! I particularly loved the salads on day 1 and 2 (Posted on 14-10-2023)

    This detox was very easy to do!
    The food was delicious and I never felt hungry.
    Personally there was not a meal that I did not like for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

    I am a huge coffee drinker, so that was the hard part for me… day 2 headache started then other aches and pains in my legs day 3 and 4…. But then felt terrific.
    No bloating, no puffy face…

    I love the fact that you don’t need to sign up to an ongoing contract. You simply order whenever and whatever you want. The food is delicious. It’s like eating a home-cooked meal. There is one particular breakfast that I am not a fan of (porridge) as I don’t like porridge in general so I use the option to swap for a different breakfast. I like the variety of meals too.
