Greek lamb souvlaki fillets - RAW -Serves 2


These raw lamb fillets are marinated in the traditional Greek fashion of olive oil, lemon, garlic + oregano . They are best on the BBQ just be sure not to overcook them. A couple of minutes either side is ample.

Serve with Roast Kipfler potatoes or Moroccan salad with Mint Yoghurt or store bought Tzatziki. Couldn't be easier!

Easy Heat + Serve

Defrost lamb overnight in fridge and allow to come to room temperature before cooking. BBQ or pan fry w olive oil for 1-2 minute each side. Cook longer for well done. Allow to rest in pan for a few minutes. Serve and pour over pan juices. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 4 days.
