This plan combines low calories like a 800 Calorie Plan with the addition of specially selected low carb meals as per ketogenic diets. This meal plan is designed for people wanting rapid weight loss and improved metabolic health.

Our 800 Calorie Keto meal plan is not your average keto diet. Based on the latest nutritional research, it is explicit in terms of macronutrients . What you get on this diet is:

  • Less than 50g carbohydrates per day, which switches your body into fat burning mode.
  • More than 50g protein per day, to suppress hunger, encourage ketosis and maintain muscle mass.
  • Plenty of healthy fats such as olive oil, fatty fish and nuts. Unlike many keto diets, you do not consumer obscene amounts of fat!
  • Between 800-1000 calories per day. More sustainable as it allows higher daily calories without sacrificing results, and thats due to the low carb meal selection.

The combination of low carbohydrates, high protein and calorie restriction is what sets this meal plan apart. It’s designed to push your body into ketosis and keep it there. And because you’re subduing hunger with high protein, you’re less likely to have food cravings.

While our regular 800 calorie diet insists on intermittent fasting, the 800 Calorie Keto leaves the decision up to you. Your body will already be looking to burn fat over carbs, simply because you’re eating low carbs. But the addition of fasting will certainly push you into a state of ketosis quicker.

You can incorporate fasting for 12+ hours (up to 16 hours) per day. A simple way to do this is to bypass eating at the traditional breakfast time, which extends your overnight fast. While your body adjusts to fasting, a good starting point can be to eat between the hours of say, 8am to 8pm and then slowly increase the length of the fast towards 16 hours, which might mean eating between say, 11am and 7pm.

Just like the original 800 Calorie diet, you can stay on the new  800 Calorie Keto for between 2 weeks and 12 weeks. It’s a wonderful kick-start that could help you lose 1-2kgs per week!
