For rapid weight loss and improved metabolic health, this very low carb, high protein, calorie-restricted meal plan pushes your body towards ketosis and suppresses hunger. Add intermittent fasting (by eating a late breakfast or early dinner) for better results. This diet is different to some purist forms of keto.     too many "saucy" dishes. The brocoli and almond soup was far too salty. Breakfast were (for my taste) either too salty or too sweet. I didn't enjoy this plan. Added to the fact that my delivery was made 2 weeks before due (I had ordered in advance in order to take advantage of a special). As a result, I had to throw away a lot of my own food to fit it in my fridge/freezer. I was very disappointed that no offer of discount or even appology was made, only excuses, particularly since I have been a customer for many years and have referred may friends to Dietlicious. I was very happy with the services up to now but that definitely put a damper on my enthusiasm. (Posted on 23-10-2024)

    Overall the plan is fantastic! The food is the best I've had out of My Muscle Chef, YODO & lite n easy. The only drawback is the cost, which I fully understand is set to account for freshness, and the delivery fee seems quite high compared to other services. I will probably switch to another service when I finish my 12 weeks of keto instead of trying your 1200cal plans (Posted on 19-05-2024)
